My husband and I have the same 50's rock fireplace situation going on in our new house and I have been trying to figure out what to do with it. I love what you did with yours, it came out beautiful and is a great inspiration. I am curious as to what tools you and your husband used to break off the stone that was on the wall to begin with? Basically, the IR Repeater lets us point our remote at a little infrared eye within the switchplate and use that to control all of our electronics!
