Ask Sherwin-Williams

Wouldn’t it be awesome to have an extra thousand bucks lying around?  Yeah, I think so too.  I’m thinking that I would buy an amazing rug for the den, maybe some fab material for new curtains in my laundry room and craft room . . . oh well, maybe I’ll win the lotto.  It could happen, right?

Or, maybe I’ll win Sherwin-Williams’ awesome giveaway!!  That’s right, Sherwin-Williams is giving away $1,000 and a consultation with your very own interior designer.  Swoon.  Too fab for words.

I would replace the ceiling in my den…but I’m sure my husband would rather spend it on landscaping!

Good luck – I hope you win!

This is great timing. Today is the last day of school and even though I’m teaching morning summer school, I already have a slew of painting project planned!

Ohhhh, money with decorating intent! What could be lovelier?
I’d paint some rooms (and awful stairways), take up carpeting in one room and re-do the hardwood floor, recarpet several rooms, replace the very worn den sofas, re . . . Oh wait, I ran out of money on the first item!
Guess I need to still hope for the lotto!

Hm… $1,000? I’d finish decorating our masterbedroom, which would include buying a painting for above our bed (I found one I love, but for $250, it ain’t happening :-(), buy 13 foot curtains for our windows, and a clothes hamper. Ah, to dream… Thanks for sharing the chance to win!!!

Oh, and I would definitely buy that Jonathan Adler Marrakesh rug I’ve been drooling over for months. The SW designer can help me pick out a coordinating paint color. :)

  7. I would love to win the $1000. I would get lighting installed in my living room. Apparently in the late 60’s floor lamps were big. So we have no light in our living room.
