Pop the champagne, the flip is FINISHED and FOR SALE!!!
I’ll do a proper “before and after” later with lots of photos, but for now I just wanted to share with you the professional photographs that were taken Friday. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
All photographs courtesy of Lance Hames Photography.
P.S. I’ve been having lots of problems with the blog crashing the past week or so, please bear with me until I can get it figured out!

Looks fabulous, of course! I can’t believe what a difference you’ve made in the place, and in such a short time. Can’t wait to see the complete before and after breakdown. Good luck on a quick sale!

This home looks amazing… It looks like an immaculate flip and is going to be someone’s new dream home
This is a beautiful home. Any family will be lucky to have it.
This is inspiration to what can be done to a rambler–great job!
Quite stunning. Transplant this next to an ocean and you would have my dream home.
Wow, Liz… It’s gorgeous. You hit yet another home run with this flip!!
OMG It’s STUNNING! I love it! So amazing. Did you mom do the leaded glass panes on the brown armoire? They’re gorgeous! The bathroom! The kitchen! The floors! OH MY!
Oh, my mom will love to read that! Yep, she did those panes and 4 of them on the kitchen cabinets (but they didn’t really show up in the photos). She’s a dynamo!!
Yes, Christi,
I DID love reading it! Thanks, dearie.
Holy Cow – its beautiful!!!!

Wow, I can’t believe it all came together so fast in the last week!! It looks awesome.

Yay, thanks! Ha, when I walked you guys through it a week or so ago I knew you were thinking, “Riiiiiight, this thing is SO FAR from being finished!” It totally looked that way, but the last part really does come together so quickly!
It’s GORGEOUS you guys!!! Is it just me, or did this flip take a lot less time to complete than the last one? I’d love to see a rough schedule of how long your flips have taken because you seem to be getting better and faster with each one!
The photos turned out beautifully. I hope it sells fast!
Meredith @ Welcome to Heardmont´s last blog post post ..Guest Bath: Adding Gloss and Trim
This one was a little faster than the last one! Our first flip, if I’m remembering correctly, took about 9 weeks, the second one took longer because we had to deal with the crazy ceilings so it took 3 months, and this one took 10 weeks (and a lot of that last week was just waiting on the shower glass). I didn’t do nearly as many posts about the renovation of this house, so that’s probably part of why it seems to have gone faster!
Absolutely stunning! I know it probably seems like it took a while, but to me it seems like you just closed on the house! This one seems to have gone really quickly. :) Looks amazing!
You did such a great job! She’s gorgeous. Wish I lived nearby… :)
It looks gorgeous, Liz! Thanks for the pics, and I hope selling it goes well!
that looks fabulous. The built-ins are my favorite part.
In a word – stunning!!! You guys do such a great job! I’m so impressed! My guess is the house sells within a week!
Unbelievable! Your talent is amazing. Each home you do turns into my dream home. Great job!
Thanks so much! :)
It looks gorgeous!!! And I love the floor tile in the guest bathroom.
Yay! It’s funny, a ton of the feedback that we’re getting is about those floor tiles – we will definitely be using them in future flips!
I love the 6-light chandelier above what appears to be a desk? Can you please tell us where you got it?
I would love to, but I honestly don’t remember! That chandelier is from our own home (I recently bought a new fixture to replace it) so I bought it almost 3 years ago. I’m sorry! But I’m guessing it’s from CSN Stores or a similar online retailer.
The tiles in the kitchen and the bathroom are just so beautiful! I cannot wait to see the befores and the afters… Here’s to a quick sale!
WOW! It is stunning. Great job! I don’t think it will be on the market long =)
Liz,
This flip is totally gorgeous. I can’t decide what I love the most. The marble bath, the master bedroom (with stars, bench, and bed), and fab kitchen are all top contenders. However, the entry with gorgeous door and side lights makes my heart beat fast, as does the HUGE, light den. How is a girl to decide?
Wonderful job with compliments to you and Jason!
Oh, wow. You really do SUCH an amazing job with your flips!

Beautiful! I love the front doors, the floors, and the fireplace. Is the cabinet in the dining room a built-in or a free-standing piece of furniture? Can’t wait to see the rest of the pix.
Built-in!
WOW! That’s all I’m thinking in my head. WOW! The rooms are gorgeous and it’s such a big space. I can’t imagine someone won’t snatch it up right away. I love all the tile you chose and that kitchen is to-die-for. I also love all the built ins and the contrast of the dark toned wood and beams. Just gorgeous. you should be so proud!
Thanks Kim! :)
Wow! The inside is not what you’d expect from the outside. Bravo. Totally dig the built-in in the dining room. And kudos on the pictures which are fantastic.

Wow, I’m in awe. Granted, we’ve never done a big reno before, but I think we closed on our houses around the same time and we’ve only just applied for all of our permits and such. (Though we did complete one large and messy flood control project.)
It looks amazing. Good luck selling it!

Incredible! A job well done yet again! Girl… you guys better get two champagne bottles for the work you did on this one! Beautiful!
What gorgeous rooms and a stunning home you have created! I’m amazed at the vision you had because in looking through some of those before photos, I don’t know that I could have pictured what you have created. you’re going to have one lucky buyer! :-). Found you through Censational Girl and I’m your newest follower!
Thanks Jenny! :)
Absolutely breathtaking!
The only constructive thing ill say is move that couch onto that rug!!!! or at least the front feet. It is driving me insaaaaaaaane *singing voice*
Other than that, It is truly amazing I’m so happy for you and I hope it sells high and fast! :0)
Kate´s last blog post post ..My first little DIY project
Ha, I know what you mean! We had the hardest time deciding how to place the rug, and really nothing looked quite right. If we moved the rug back it was weirdly off-center with the bay window and fireplace, and if we moved the couch forward there was too much room between it and the wall. Sigh. :)
Where is the house listed?
In Dallas!
Hi Liz!
I’ve followed your blog for several months now. I’ve loved all of your home renovations; you have a great sense of style! I lived in Dallas in the Marsh/Royal area several years ago and can picture perfectly the 70s homes that you’ve done because I lived in one almost exactly like the ones you’ve flipped! You haven’t posted lately. What’s the status of your most recent flip?
Amazing transformation! Do you have a place where you list the finishes you used? I’m really interested to know what you used for the hardwood floors? Is it Oak? Do you know the stain color? and was it pre-finished or stained in place? It looks beautiful!
Diane @ The Perfectly Imperfect Life´s last blog post post ..Hardwood Here We Come!
Hello! Yes, they are oak stained in place but I’m not positive of the stain color (they stained a few sample squares on the floor and I forgot to note the color!).
