SOLD - 6th flip

That one was a doozy.

I’ll fill you in on the nitty gritty next week – until then, I’m going to spend the weekend reveling in the fact that this sucker is SOLD!!!!

    Okay. I totally just lost count. I was like, but wait, isn’t it still a construction zone? And it’s sold? Where are all of the after pictures? Then I realized you’re working on flip #7. You sold flip #6. Alright. I’m up to date now… and really intrigued to hear the nitty gritty. I’ll try to keep up.
