Hey guys! I’m Liz, and I love houses. Big time.
I love prettying them up, smashing them to pieces, putting them back together again, flipping them and even selling them.
When I’m not playing around with houses I like to hang out with my cute hubby and our two spoiled kitties. I have a serious Diet Coke habit and I love macaroni and cheese more than any grown woman should. I used to be an attorney but in 2009 I decided to ditch the traditional day job to revel in all things real estate – and I couldn’t be happier.
My hubby/partner-in-crime and I finished renovating our 60s ranch from top to Astroturf-covered bottom just after Christmas in 2008 and I came to the realization that my friends’ and family’s eyes started to glaze over when I talked about paint chips, tile samples and molding profiles. I decided to spare them any further talk of home improvement and interior design (for the most part) and start this blog so that I could share my passion for all things home-related with someone else – you guys! (My friends and family are eternally grateful, by the way.)
This blog has been a wild ride but I’ve loved (almost) every minute of it. Your comments and feedback make my day, and I feel lucky to have found a niche where we all have a love for the same thing. I’m glad you stopped by, and I hope you’ll stay awhile!
