We fell in love with this 1960’s ranch early on in our home search, and jumped at the chance to buy it when the price was slashed over the summer. Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an actual yard and almost 2,700 square feet just begging for some love – let me tell you, this place was a dream come true after the tiny tan townhouse! After several months (yes, months!) of negotiations, inspections, dealing with construction loans, etc., the house was ours!!!! Then we got to start in on the fun stuff – RENO!
As you can see, our little labor of love is still a work in progress, but I’m pretty proud of what we’ve accomplished so far (with the help of our trusty contractor). Take a look at the before and after pics!
