Today marks Day 1 of our flip!!!  Our contractor and his crew should be there demoing as you read this – I’m so excited!!!  I can’t wait to see what it looks like when I get home from work tonight.

We went by the house last night and I took some last minute pictures for posterity – pre-demo pics!  Here’s a quick tour of what will soon become one awesome house:
